Jason Bourne (2016) now available to own in the Windows Store

The latest installment of the Jason Bourne saga is now available to own in the Windows Store, a full 3 weeks before the Blu-ray version is available.

Matt Damon returns to his most iconic role in Jason Bourne. Paul Greengrass, the director of The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum, once again joins Damon for the next chapter of Universal Pictures’ Bourne franchise, which finds the CIA’s most lethal operative drawn out of the shadows. Damon is joined by Alicia Vikander, Vincent Cassel and Tommy Lee Jones, while Julia Stiles reprises her role in the series.

It’s been 10 years since Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) walked away from the agency that trained him to become a deadly weapon. Hoping to draw him out of the shadows, CIA director Robert Dewey assigns hacker and counterinsurgency expert Heather Lee to find him. Lee suspects that former operative Nicky Parsons is also looking for him. As she begins tracking the duo, Bourne finds himself back in action battling a sinister network that utilizes terror and technology to maintain unchecked power.

The movie received a 6.8/10 score on IMDB and first hit theatres on the 27th July 2016.

New Jason Bourne teaser puts Julia Stiles in line of fire

The new Jason Bourne teaser not only adds adrenaline thanks to more action and fast-paced editing, it also introduces the possibility of a popular character death. Suffice to say, there may be spoilers in the following theory, so take the time to avert eyes and watch the teaser at your own risk.

Matt Damon has returned as the epic assassin Jason Bourne, when his memory is wiped to introduce a cat-and-mouse game that leaves him unable to trust easily. Fans knew Julia Stiles was returning as Nicky, but the clip gives a little more detail into how the returning ally might play a role.

Iron Hand is the name of the threat and Nicky seems wary of taking it lightly, especially with the countless shooters coming after her and Bourne. During a montage of fast-paced motorcycle riding scenes, a lone sniper takes a shot, which cuts to Nicky flying from the back of the bike to not be seen from again for the rest of the teaser.

While she could overcome her injuries and come back to assist her memory-less friend, the likely concept is that Bourne will now be motivated to investigate this mysterious Iron Hand after the loss of his ally. Don’t forget, Nicky said it’s “even worse than before.”

Jason Bourne also stars Vincent Cassel, Tommy Lee Jones, and Alicia Vikander. It hits theaters July 29.

First Official Jason Bourne Trailer

We are delighted to reveal the first official trailer and a selection of brand new images and one-sheet for the highly anticipated upcoming JASON BOURNE.

JASON BOURNE sees original actor and director, Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass, return to the iconic series they created along with Alicia Vikander, Julia Stiles, Vincent Cassel and Tommy Lee Jones.

“Jason Bourne isn’t a super hero; he doesn’t wear a cape or a mask. He’s not one of those kinds of guys. He is just an ordinary man. I think when people watch Jason Bourne they can imagine how they might react in those situations and those circumstances, and when you see him thinking his way through and coming up with a plan and executing his plan, that’s incredibly exciting.” – Paul Greengrass

“It has taken us a long time to come back because we didn’t have the right story before. The world needed to change and then there comes that moment when it makes sense. You know when it feels right and that’s when you do it, not before.” – Paul Greengrass

JASON BOURNE will be released in cinemas July 2017.
